What a day for Indian Cricket !!

Hello Pple,

I'm finally back with yet another blog ! :-) . I'm moved, motivated...inspired to write this one. What a day it has been for Indian Cricket. India Seniors finally getting better of Australia in a very convincing fashion and India Juniors...they've proved yet again that India is force to reckon with in the game of cricket.

I haven't been fortunate enough to watch the juniors game from start to the finish but I believe that they had the nerve to defend such a low total. They pulled it off against a team like South Africa which was looking so good against Pakis in the semis. But yes, the match against India vs Australia was something I looked forward to. As expected, it turned out to be yet another interesting encounter that Indians would remember for a very long time. Sachin's century couldnt have come at a better time and at a better place. What more...support on the other end from Rohit Sharma. Let's also not forget the fantastic effort put in by Indian bowlers early on. But for them, Aussies wouldn't have been restricted to 239.

But it was also a day that exposed Indian sides weaknesses. Irfan Pathan turned out very costly. If only he did well today, we could've had a much easier target to chase. And then, the mis-fields that allowed Aussies to score off cheeky singles. If Irfan's bowling and team's fielding were taken care off, tell you what...there's no stopping the Indian side. India will emerge victorious with resounding wins.


All in all, a day to remember. Great day in the history of Indian cricket !. Way to go guys. Well done. Keep it up !!!.
